Market participants are requested to note that the name of Hong Tong
Holdings Limited has been changed to "China Conservational Power Holdings
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock
code: 290) will also be changed to "CH CONSERVATION" with effect from
Tuesday, 30/03/2004.
