Transaction in own shares
Zegona Communications plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 27 November 2025, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 758,804,905 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 758,804,905. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
