Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, the 'Company') announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Mr. Victor A. Perry III (Chip), a Non-Executive Director of the Company will be appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer at TrueCar, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRUE) effective 15 December 2015.
