Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified on 24 June 2016 that David Keens (Independent Non-Executive Director) had that day acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 358.49 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Keens holds 25,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.003% of the total issued shares in the Company.
