The Stock Exchange has received a message from Uni-Bio Science Group
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-
"The following statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of
Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange").
The directors ("Directors") of the Company have noted the recent increase
in price and trading volume of the shares of the Company and wish to state
that they are not aware of any reasons for such increase.
The Directors also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements
relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable
under rule 13.23 of the Rules ("Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of
Securities on the Stock Exchange, neither are the Directors aware of any
matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by rule 13.09 of
the Listing Rules, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.

Directors jointly and severally accept full responsibility for the
accuracy of the information contained in this announcement and confirm,
having made all reasonable inquiries, that to the best of their knowledge,
