The Board of CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc is pleased to declare a first interim dividend of 1.65 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 October 2025. This represents a 3.1% increase on last year's first interim dividend distribution (1.60 pence per share) and is fully covered.

The first interim dividend will be paid on 1 August 2025 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4 July 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 3 July 2025.
