Change of Name

Further to the announcement issued on 29 July 2021, Zoetic (LON:ZOE) (OTCQX:ZOEIF), the international CBD group, announces that the name of the Company has now been changed at Companies House to Chill Brands Group plc.

The Company will make a further announcement when it commences trading under its new name with the TIDM changed to CHLL.
