Issue of Equity
Media Corp is pleased to announce that following the announcement of the general meeting of the Company convened for 4 April, 2013 ("General Meeting"), the Company has received further investor interest in the Company's shares. Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that, subject to the passing of certain resolutions at the General Meeting, it has raised a further £100,000 through the conditional placing of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each at 0.1p per share (the "Placing Shares").
Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM of the Placing Shares together with the conditional placing and subscription shares to be issued further to the announcements of 25 and 26 February 2012 totalling, in aggregate, 286,000,000 new ordinary shares. Subject to the passing of the relevant resolutions at the General Meeting, Admission is expected to occur on 5 April 2013.
Subject to shareholders approving the necessary resolutions at the General Meeting, a further announcement will be made confirming the total number of shares in issue.
