ALLTRONICS<00833> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by ALLTRONICS)
The Stock Exchange has received a message from Alltronics Holdings
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-
"With reference to the Company's 2006 interim results summary form
(the "Summary Form") submitted to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
by the Company on 19 September 2006, we would like to clarify the
presentation of Remark 5 as set out in the Summary Form by inserting
brackets to the finance costs figures and deleting the brackets from the
figures for interest income. The amended Remark 5 should read as follows:
