DE0008051004, WKN: 805100, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on August 07, 2009 and on that day amount to 4.99% (this
corresponds to 4599631 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.99% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4599631 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Baden-Württemberg from Landeskreditbank
