according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 11, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 10.03% (this corresponds to 9228134 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.03%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9228134 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Helmig via Horus Finanzholding GmbH.
