WAH YIK HOLD<0862> - Parallel Trading

Members are requested to note that the parallel trading in the ordinary 
shares of Wah Yik Holdings Company Limited ("Wah Yik") will cease after 
the close of business on Wednesday, 8/12/1999.  As from the close of 
business on that day, the counter for trading in the subdivided shares 
(stock code: 2953) of Wah Yik as represented by old share certificates 
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Wah Yik will only be under 
the following arrangements:-
