WAH YIK HOLD<0862> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of Wah Yik 
Holdings Company Limited has been changed to "Asia Logistics Technologies 
Limited".  Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock 
code: 862) and 2000 Warrants (stock code: 721) will also be changed to 
"ASIA LOGISTICS" & "ASIA LOG W0011" respectively with effect from Tuesday, 
22/8/2000.
