ASIA LOGISTICS<0862> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Asia Logistics Technologies Limited (the "Company"), 
trading in its securities will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. 
today (16/10/2000) pending an announcement in relation to a conditional 
cash offer by Tai Fook Securities Company Limited on behalf of Golden 
Infinity Co., Ltd. (the "Offeror") for all the shares, outstanding 
warrants and options in the Company not already owned by the Offeror or 
parties acting in concert with it.
