Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Asia Logistics Technologies Limited ("ASIA LOGISTICS")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 11/08/2004. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2927) of ASIA LOGISTICS as represented by
old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
ASIA LOGISTICS will only be under the following arrangements: -
