NW MOBILE<00862> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by NW MOBILE)
The Stock Exchange has received a message from New World Mobile Holdings
Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-
"With reference to the results announcement form for the period ended 31
December 2005 submitted on 13 March 2006, the Company would like to inform
that :
"The Telstra CSL Acquisition is subject to the approval of the Company's
shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 March 2006"
instead of "The Telstra CSL Acquisition was approved by the Company's
shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 March 2006", of
which sentence is under the section of "Discontinuing Operations". The
error was caused by manual error in typing.""
