Transaction in Own Shares
Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling operator, announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Completion of the Share Buyback Programme
Following the above transaction, the Group has completed the Share Buyback Programme which was announced on 7 July 2025. In total, the Group repurchased 2,002,158 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, all of which were cancelled, at a total consideration of £5 million.
