Remarks:
1) The Company was incorporated on 21st April, 1998 and its shares were
listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 17th July, 1998. The
results in 1998 covered the period from the date of incorporation of the
Company to 31st December, 1998.
2) The calculation of the earnings per share is based on the profit for
the year/period of HK$1,450,000 (1998: HK$2,274,000) and on the weighted
average number of 100,000,000 (1998: 76,274,510) shares in issue during
the year/period.
