HAYWOOD INV<00905> - Unusual price movement
The Stock Exchange has received a message from Haywood Investments
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-
"This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited.
The board of directors (the "Board") of Haywood Investments Limited (the
"Company") has noted an increase in the price of the Company today and
wish to state the Board is not aware of any reasons for such movements.
The Board also confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements
relating to intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable
under the Listing Rule 13.23, neither is the Board aware of any matter
discloseable under the general obligation imposed by Listing Rule 13.09,
which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
Made by the order of the Board, the directors of which individually and
jointly accept responsibility for the accuracy of this statement.
As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the
Company are Mr. ZHOU Chao, Ms. HUANG Song, Mr. PHANG Yul Cher Yeow and Mr.
CHU Kin Wang, Peleus. The non-executive directors of the Company are Mr.
FONG Chi Ho and Mr. WANG Yao Dong. The independent non-executive directors
of the Company are Mr. LIU Wing Ting, Stephen, Ms. LAM Lin Chu and Ms. TSE
Po Chu.
