Market participants are requested to note that the name of
Haywood Investments Limited has been changed to "Apex
Capital Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its
ordinary shares (stock code: 905) has also been changed to
"APEX CAPITAL" with effect from Friday, 25/08/2006.
