Renewal of Revolving Credit Facility
Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has increased its multi-currency revolving credit facility ("RCF") with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch. The Company's borrowing policy is unchanged.
Under the terms of the amended RCF, the Company may draw down loans up to an aggregate value of USD 280 million (increased from the previous limit of USD 235 million). The increased facility will expire in December 2024.
