MATRIX HOLDINGS<1005> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Matrix 
Holdings Limited ("Matrix") have approved the consolidation of shares on 
the basis of 10 then existing ordinary share ("Old Shares") of Matrix into 
1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  Effective from Wednesday, 3/5/2000, 
a temporary counter under stock code 2996 and stock short name "MATRIX 
HOLDINGS" will be established for trading in board lots of 200 New Shares 
each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1005) for trading in 
board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
