MATRIX HOLDINGS<1005> - Odd Lots Trading Arrangement

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Matrix Holdings Limited 
which is reproduced as follows:-

"Arrangement for odd lot trading

In order to alleviate the difficulties arising from the existence of odd 
lots of New Shares as a result of the Share Consolidation, the Company has 
appointed OSK Asia Securities Limited to provide a matching services to 
those Shareholders who wish to dispose of their odd lots or top up their 
odd lots to a board lot of 2,000 New Shares, at their own cost, during the 
period from Thursday, 18 May 2000 to Thursday, 8 June 2000 which will be 
after the resumption of trading in New Shares on the Stock Exchange. 

Shareholders who wish to take advantage of this facility may directly or 
through their brokers contact Mr. Allan Au at OSK Asia Securities Limited 
at Room 3601, Cheung Kong Centre, 2 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong (Tel: 
2532 0923) during such period. Holders of the New Shares in odd lots 
should note that the matching of the sale and purchase of odd lots of the 
New Shares is not guaranteed. Shareholders are recommended to consult 
their own professional advisers if they are in any doubt about the 
facility described above."
