At the request of Lai Sun Development Company Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(27/2/2007) pending the issue of a joint announcement on price-sensitive
information relating to the Company's interest in eSun Holdings Limited.
