STAR CYBERPOWER<1051> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note that the parallel trading in the 
ordinary shares of Star Cyberpower Holdings Limited ("Star Cyberpower") 
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 21/7/2000.  As from the 
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated 
shares (stock code: 2905) of Star Cyberpower as represented by old share 
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Star 
Cyberpower will only be under the following arrangements:-
