DVN (HOLDINGS)<0500> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of DVB (Holdings) 
Limited has been changed to "DVN (Holdings) Limited".  Accordingly, the 
stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 500) has also been
changed to "DVN (HOLDINGS)" with effect from today (4/8/2000) while its 
Chinese stock short name remain unchanged.
