At the request of DVN (Holdings) Limited (the "Company"), trading in its
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (22/4/2004)
pending an announcement in relation to agreements which are expected to be
entered into by the Company in respect of, among other things, the issue
of new shares by the Company.
