In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), XPS Pensions Group plc notes that Sarah Ing, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of City of London Investment Group plc, effective 1 March 2024. Sarah will become a member of the City of London Investment Group plc Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
