WKN: 593273 informs according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
Voting Rights of YOC AG, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 1, 10178 Berlin, Germany,
have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 01,
2011 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

When asked, Fidelity International explicitly confirmed yesterday that the
voting rights announcement in the name and on behalf of FIL Investment
Management Limited (published by us on March 28, 2011) is merely a
consequence of a change in the FIL corporate structure. The companies
Fidelity Funds SICAV, FIL Investments International, FIL Limited and FIL
Holdings Limited continue to be invested in YOC AG. We have not received
any further voting rights announcement other than the announcement stating
a proportion of voting rights amounting to 9.49 percent from these
companies in December 2010.
