to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 6, 2011, and on that day fell to 11,58% (this corresponds
to 218.560 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 218.560
of the Voting Rights (11,58%)are to be attributed to Michael W. Schwetje.
These voting rights attributed to Michael W. Schwetje are held via the
following companies which are controlled by Michael W. Schwetje and the
votings rights of which on YOC AG exceeds 3%:
- Schwetje Holding GmbH, Köln
- Schwetje Invest GmbH, Köln
On April 8, 2011, Schwetje Holding GmbH, Cologne, Deutschland, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 6, 2011, and on that day fell to
11,58% (this corresponds to 218.560 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 218.560
of the Voting Rights (11,58%) are to be attributed to Schwetje Holding
GmbH.
