that via shares its Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005932735, WKN: 593273 have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 8, 2011, and on that day amounted to 6,36% (this
corresponds to 120.000 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights 6,36% (120.000 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Capita Financial Managers Limited pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
2. On April 19, 2011, CF Ruffer Investment Funds, London, United Kingdom,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0005932735,
WKN: 593273 have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
April 8, 2011, and on that day amounted to 6,36% (this corresponds to
120.000 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights 6,36% (120.000 voting rights) are to be attributed
to CF Ruffer Investment Funds pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 2 of the WpHG.

according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0005932735, WKN: 593273 have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 8, 2011, and
on that day amounted to 6,36% (this corresponds to 120.000 Voting Rights).
