On November 2, 2012, Mr. Dirk Kraus, Federal Republic of Germany, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that his Voting
Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, fell below the
threshold of 20% on October 29, 2012, and that he held 18.96% (451,300
voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights 5.69% (135.518
voting rights) are to be attributed to Mr. Dirk Kraus pursuant to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG. Attributed voting rights are
held via the following companies which are controlled by him, whose share
of voting rights in YOC AG amounts to 3% or more: dkam GmbH,
Frankfurt/Main, Federal Republic of Germany.
