21, Section 1 of the WpHG that it's Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin,
Federal Republic of Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on November 28,
2012, and on that day amounts to 2.84% (this corresponds to 67500 Voting
Rights).
Of these voting rights 0.76% (this corresponds to 18000 Voting Rights) are
to be attributed to IPConcept S.A. pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
