Today, the CEO of YOC AG, Dirk Kraus, resigned from the Management Board of
the company. The former duties of Mr. Kraus are taken over by the other
board members.
As the founder of YOC, Mr. Kraus has built up the company over 12 years and
promoted the development of a mobile-focused provider of media and
technology and has done a great service to the company. The Supervisory
Board thanks him for his many years of service.
