December 10, 2013, and on that day amount to 1,49% (corresponding to 42680
voting rights).
Of these voting rights 1,49% (42680 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Capita Financial Managers Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1, sentence
1, No. 6 WpHG.
2. CF Ruffer Investment Funds, London, UK, has informed us on 12
December, 2013, according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights
in YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3% on
December 10, 2013, and on that day amount to 1,49% (corresponding to 42680
voting rights).
Of these voting rights 1,49% (42680 voting rights) are to be attributed to
