Today, YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) announces that
it continues to drive the company's strategic focus on the media business.
The management board is in intense talks with prospective buyers regarding
a potential sale of the mobile technology segment.
The prospective buyers have been granted access to a data room. Draft
agreements have been exchanged with the prospective buyers to push forward
the negotiations. A final decision on the sale and on the time of the sale
has not been taken.
