Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on YOC
AG, Berlin, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 8, 2014, and on that day amounted to 20.93% (corresponding to 598,160
Voting Rights).
He holds 3.28% (93,803 Voting Rights) as a member of the community of heirs
of Hilmar Kraus, comprising Dirk-Hilmar Kraus and Barbara Schweinberger
(née Kraus).
