Director share purchases
Ultimate Products, the owner, manager, designer and developer of an extensive range of value-focused consumer goods brands, announces that it has received notification that Jim McCarthy, Non-Executive Chairman, has today purchased 109,375 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 93.25p. As a result, Mr. McCarthy increased his holding to 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition Robbie Bell, Non-Executive Director, through his SIPP has today purchased 402,144 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.25p. As a result, Mr. Bell has acquired a holding of 402,144 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
