MANSION HOLDING<00547> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Mansion Holdings Limited, trading in its shares will be 
suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today (16/11/2001) pending an 
announcement in relation to the proposed formation of a PRC joint venture 
business, which constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company 
involving the issue of consideration shares.
