The Stock Exchange has received a message from Wang On Group Limited
which is reproduced as follows:-
"With reference to the results announcement form submitted to the Exchange
on 14/7/2006, the Company would like to inform that:-
1. Note 2.2(a) HKAS 32 - the total is from nil to (3,093)
2. Note 2.2(a) HKAS 39 - the total is from nil to (3,530)
3. Note 2.2(c) HKAS 1 in "Increase in share of losses of associates":
- from nil to (438) in "Share of post-tax losses"; and
- from nil to (438) in "Total"
4. Note 2.2(c) HKAS 1 in "Decrease in tax" :
- from nil to 438 in "Share of post-tax losses"; and
- from nil to 438 in "Total"
The amendment is caused by the further revision of the auditors."
