Interim Dividend Declaration
Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc (LSE: GMP) announces that it has today declared a first interim dividend of US$0.23 per Ordinary Share in respect of the financial year to 30 June 2018.
The associated dividend timetable is:
Ex-dividend date: 18 January 2018
Record date: 19 January 2018
Payment date: 31 January 2018
In order to support the payment of this dividend the Company has approved audited initial accounts for the period from 28 April 2017 (date of incorporation) to 30 November 2017. These accounts will shortly be filed with the Registrar of Companies and posted on the National Storage Mechanism.
