On 6 October 2014, Zalando SE, Tamara-Danz-Straße 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany has received the following voting rights notifications pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG (notification for first-time admission):

Kinnevik Online AB, Stockholm, Sweden, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 47.07% (115,216,310 voting rights). 32.04% (78,427,800 voting rights) are attributed to Kinnevik Online AB pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Kinnevik Online AB are held via the following company controlled by Kinnevik Online AB and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE:
Kinnevik Internet 1 AB
15.03% (36,788,510 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG. In this context voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE are attributed to Kinnevik Online AB:
Global Founders GmbH

Investment AB Kinnevik, Stockholm, Sweden, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 47.07% (115,216,310 voting rights). 32.04% (78,427,800 voting rights) are attributed to Investment AB Kinnevik pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Investment AB Kinnevik are held via the following companies controlled by Investment AB Kinnevik and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE: Kinnevik Internet 1 AB

15.03% (36,788,510 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG. In this context voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE are attributed to Investment AB Kinnevik:

Verdere S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 47.07% (115,216,310 voting rights). 32.04% (78,427,800 voting rights) are attributed to Verdere S.à r.l. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Verdere S.à r.l. are held via the following companies controlled by Verdere S.à r.l. and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE:

Global Founders GmbH, Munich, Germany has, informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 47.89% (117,224,690 voting rights).
Global Founders GmbH directly holds 15.03% (36,788,510 voting rights). 0.82% (2,008,380 voting rights) are attributed to Global Founders GmbH pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. 32.04% (78,427,800 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG. In this context voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE are attributed to Global Founders GmbH:

5. DST Global III, L.P., George Town, Cayman Islands has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 4.51% (11,027,390 voting rights). 4.51% (11,027,390 voting rights) are attributed to DST Global III, L.P. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to DST Global III, L.P. are held via the following company controlled by DST Global III, L.P. and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE: DST Europe EC 2 S.à r.l.

6. DST Managers Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights). 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights) are attributed to DST Managers Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to DST Managers Limited are held via the following companies controlled by DST Managers Limited and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE: DST Europe EC 2 S.à r.l.
