Newton Trustees Limited, Charlestown, Nevis has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights). 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights) are attributed to Newton Trustees Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Newton Trustees Limited are held via the following companies controlled by Newton Trustees Limited and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE: DST Europe EC 2 S.à r.l.

2. Alastair Tulloch, United Kingdom, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, his share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights). 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights) are attributed to Alastair Tulloch pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Alastair Tulloch are held via the following companies controlled by him and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE:

Yuri Milner, Russia, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 30 September 2014, the date of the first-time admission of the shares in Zalando SE to trading on an organized market, his share in the voting rights of Zalando SE amounted to 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights). 7.10% (17,381,650 voting rights) are attributed to Yuri Milner pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Yuri Milner are held via the following companies controlled by him and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Zalando SE: DST Europe EC 2 S.à r.l.
