On 26 January 2015, Ms Rebecca David, Cyprus, has informed us according to § 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that via shares her voting rights in Zalando SE, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the voting rights on 28 December 2014 and on that day amounted to 7.10% (this corresponds to 17,381,650 voting rights).
7.10% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 17,381,650 voting rights) are attributed to Ms David in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies under her control, whose share of the voting rights in Zalando SE amounts to 3 percent or more:
