Global Founders GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, has informed that its voting rights in Zalando SE, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the thresholds of 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% on 20 November 2015 and on that day amounted to 9.92% (this corresponds to 24,477,678 voting rights).
