As a percentage of total number of shares outstanding the votes were For: 58.34% and Against: 0.01% across all resolutions.
At the meeting, Gobind Sahney and Jason Sutherland represented the Directors present to conduct the meeting and took questions from the attending shareholders. The Directors wish to thank the supportive shareholders who attended the in-person meeting for their attendance and con ti nued support.
