Completion of Share Consolidation and Total Voting Rights
Alpha Growth plc, ( www.algwplc.com ) a leading global financial services specialist in the multi-billion dollar market of longevity assets and insurance linked asset and wealth management is pleased to announce that, following the announcement on 2nd August that shareholder approval was granted at the Alpha Growth plc General Meeting, the Company's Share Consolidation, representing a Consolidation Ratio of 1 Ordinary Share of 1p for every 10 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p, has today been processed by the registrar. For those holding their shares in CREST your custodian should update their records in the next few days. Those with a holding in certificated form should receive a share certificate within two weeks. The ISIN for the Ordinary Shares of 1p is GB00BQXMKX73. Following the consolidation, and in accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 28 August 2025 consists of 46,777,506 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as of 28 August 2025 is 46,777,506.
The above figure may be used by shareholders with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
