Remarks:


1.  Earnings per Share

    The calculation of basic earnings per share for the period ended 30
    September 2002 is based on the Group's net profit attributable to 
    shareholders of HK$19,084,000 (2001: HK$29,713,000) and the 
    weighted average number of 1,040,921,346 ordinary shares (2001:
    825,000,000 shares) in issued during the period.

    Diluted earnings per share for the periods ended 30 September 2002
    and 30 September 2001 had not been shown as the warrants outstanding
    during the periods had an anti-dilutive effect on the basic earnings
    per share for the periods.

2.  Comparative Amounts

    Certain comparative amounts have been reclassified to confirm with
    the current period's presentation.
