First quarterly interim dividend

The Board of UEM has declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.625p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2017, which will be paid on 21 September 2016 to shareholders on the register on 26 August 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 25 August 2016.
