The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited has declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.70p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2018, which will be paid on 21 September 2017 to shareholders on the register on 25 August 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 24 August 2017.
